Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Dear Neighbourhood Link member,

Today we are continuing our crime prevention emails. I hope you may find this email useful and are able to spend a few minutes reading the advice during 'lockdown'.

Our email today is focusing on Scams and Fraud. It’s very important to keep up to date with the ways fraudsters try to take our money or data. You may already know some of the tricks they use, but the rise of the Internet means new ones are being invented all the time - huge amounts of money or personal data can be taken. Whether it’s dating fraud, banking fraud, identity theft or even people knocking on your door - find out what you can do to guard against it and how to report it.

The links below will take you straight to the Leicestershire Police website. You can now also use our website to report crime and other incidents online.
