Does your vehicle have Keyless Entry

Alert message sent 25/09/2019 15:23:00

Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Dear Members of South Leicester

Hello, hope you all are well. I have some good news that we have received a limited quantity of Signal Blocker pouches here at Wigston Police Station. We urge members who have keyless entry on their vehicles to please attend Wigston Police Station to get your free pouch. Due to the limited number please ensure that when you do attend is to bring your V5 Log book for your vehicle and we will be happy to provide you with one.

Signal Blockers protect your vehicles keyless entry fob from relay attacks and tech savvy thieves. The pouch should be large enough to put your phone in whilst driving so you dont get distracted.

TOP TIP - When you insert your fob key in the pouch to insert it behind the gold lining as shown in the picture. There are two pockets and if you insert in the wrong pocket the pouch cannot block the signal.

Please see attached images for your information.
